He expressed the Association’s commitment to providing industrial resources and support for international cooperation in the healthcare and wellness sector.
Cross-border medical services and the internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine emerged as key highlights of the exchange.
The two sides reached a consensus on jointly establishing a China–Romania telemedicine collaboration system, with plans to develop specialized services including second-opinion consultations, customized joint treatment plans, and two-way referrals for international patients.
They also plan to establish a China–Romania Telemedicine and International Patient Collaboration Center in Constanța, Romania.
In the longer term, the two sides will conduct an in-depth assessment of the feasibility of establishing a China–Romania joint-venture multidisciplinary medical center, laying the foundation for a benchmark model of cross-border medical services between China and Europe.

The successful advancement of this cross-border collaboration is underpinned by Sleeptopia’s strong technological capabilities, mature industry operations system, and deep-rooted brand presence.
As a leading provider of non-pharmaceutical sleep health solutions in China, Sleeptopia was jointly established in 2018 by Sleeptopia Medical Management Group and Shanghai Air Nutri Solution Technology Group. It serves as the exclusive domestic brand operator of Air Nutri Solution Technology Group of Canada. With years of dedicated research, development, and commercialization experience in charged-particle wave technology and life sciences, the brand has established substantial technological barriers that are difficult to replicate.
At the technological level, the brand relies on its proprietary charged-particle NAI chip and core charged-particle wave tuning module to achieve a breakthrough transformation of physical energy into energy that supports biological restoration, effectively activating the body’s natural self-repair mechanisms.
Related technologies have been granted invention patents in China, the United States, and Canada, as well as two PCT international patents, demonstrating strong advantages in originality, leadership, and technological innovation.
Building on its core technologies, the brand has independently developed a range of high-tech wellness products, including the Slow-Wave Sleep Machine, Schumann Wave Wellness Machine, and Stress-Relief Sleep Machine.
It has also pioneered the world’s first five-in-one digital deep-sleep service system integrating sleep education, sleep assessment, sleep environment optimization, sleep intervention, and sleep assistance. This innovative approach introduces a non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical, and non-contact model for scientifically supporting better sleep, overcoming the limitations of traditional approaches to sleep improvement.

At the level of industry innovation, Sleeptopia has partnered with leading domestic probiotic company Kottobio to jointly develop the “Good Dream Official” Microecological Solution (QFMT), establishing a full-cycle microecological system encompassing supplementation, cultivation, colonization, and balance.
By activating the bidirectional regulatory pathways of the gut–brain axis, the solution aims to improve both gut health and sleep quality, creating a distinctive dual-track sleep support system combining “technological physical intervention + microecological internal regulation” and developing differentiated and professional sleep health services.
In terms of brand strength and industry influence, Sleeptopia has participated in the China International Import Expo (CIIE) for eight consecutive editions and the China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) for six editions.
The brand was also successfully established at the Beijing Winter Olympics Village, where it provided professional sleep support for national team athletes.
With its advanced products and high-quality services, the brand has been extensively covered by authoritative media outlets, including CCTV News, People’s Daily, and Xinhua News Agency, generating more than 10 billion exposures across platforms.
At present, the brand has established professional sleep health service centers across dozens of major cities in China, with applications spanning hospitals, hotels, community service stations, and other diverse settings.
Leveraging the emerging “sleep + wellness” model, it provides the public with professional, accessible, and scenario-based sleep health and psychological relaxation services, while building a comprehensive ecosystem covering the entire sleep health industry chain.

This China–Romania cross-border healthcare collaboration represents an important practical step toward integrating international medical innovation and enabling mutual growth across industries.
It not only establishes an international channel for Chinese cutting-edge medical technologies, distinctive wellness solutions, and standardized Traditional Chinese Medicine services to expand overseas, but also injects Chinese innovation and technological capabilities into the upgrading of Romania’s healthcare industry and the improvement of its service system.
Through complementary resources, technological exchange, and shared market opportunities, the collaboration creates a mutually beneficial partnership between China and Europe.
Looking ahead, Sleeptopia will remain committed to its original mission of “Advancing Sleep Through Technology and Safeguarding the Health of All.”
Guided by the strategic framework of “Healthy China 2030,” the brand will continue to deepen technological innovation, product development, and service enhancement in the fields of life sciences and sleep health, while continuously strengthening its presence across the entire industry chain.
Building on the opportunities created by this China–Europe collaboration, Sleeptopia will continue to expand its international partnerships and deepen cooperation in cross-border medical research, industrial implementation, and academic exchange.
By bringing China’s sleep health technologies to the global stage, it aims to contribute to the development of a global, full-lifecycle health service system and to support the high-quality development of the global healthcare and wellness industry.
